Supplies

  • Along the route ther will be numerous liquid and solid supplies, located at the points marked on the race map.
  • Given the nature of semi self-sufficiency, each runner shall provide and bear the amount of food, drinks, salts and supplements it deems necessary to complete the course. Every runner should bring a mandatory minimum of containers for 1 liter of water (hydration bag or bottles) and a minimum food reserve at the beguining.
  • Event staff will have as support provisioning with drink and food as reasonable estimated amounts, which should be consumed in the same place.
  • It is not allowed to receive outside help (except in case of accident or emergency), foreign aid means provisioning, supply or removal of material, as well as accompaniment along the route by persons not involved in the test. Shall be permitted to accompany about 100 meters before and after each refreshment.
